Glass Valley & Glass Forest in Pagosa Springs
Sunny Vista Properties manages two short-term rental homes in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Mike Smith is the founder of Sunny Vista Properties and personally manages all bookings while Heather Haynie is the onsite manager in Pagosa Springs. Glass Valley, completed in June of 2021, was Sunny Vista’s first property in Pagosa Springs and boasts a fabulous view of the valley below and mountains in the distance. Glass Forest, completed in June of 2023, backs to the Dutton Creek Valley and is on almost a half acre with a great yard on a heavily wooded lot.
Both homes are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (3 1/2 baths at Glass Valley) decorated in a modern farmhouse style and specifically designed to be great short-term rental experiences for their guests. Every bedroom and living space in each home has a terrific view and both homes have substantial outdoor living spaces. For complete descriptions of each home please click on the links below.

A few notes about the booking process through this site:
Check Airbnb to see if dates are available for the house you wish to book. If you wish to book dates more than 3 months in the future that appear to be blocked, check with Mike to see if they’re available. He generally opens dates up 3-6 months in advance so the dates more than 3 months out that appear to be booked may actually be available for stays of 7 nights or longer. For dates more than six months in the future, check with Mike. Generally bookings more than one year out will only be considered for stays 30 days or longer, though exceptions may be considered.
