Reservations made within 30 days of the beginning of the stay are non-refundable. See note below.
Reservations made 30 to 60 days prior to the beginning of the stay require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee at the time the reservation is made with the non-refundable balance of the rental fee, cleaning fee and all sales tax being due 30 days before your stay. See note below.
Reservations made more than 60 days prior to the beginning of the stay require a deposit of 50% of the rental fee at the time the reservation is made, with the non-refundable balance of the rental fee, cleaning fee and all sales tax being due 30 days before your stay. 75% of the deposit will be refunded to the guest if cancelation is made prior to 60 days before your reservation. The deposit becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to the reservation. See note below.
Guest is responsible for any damage to the property caused by the guest or any member of their group.
NOTE – Sunny Vista Properties (SVP) will make a reasonable effort to rebook dates for any reservation that is canceled. If dates are rebooked successfully SVP will reimburse guests all but the difference between their original booking charge and what is actually collected from the new guests. Cleaning fees will be refunded to guests who cancel their entire stay. Credit card or Venmo transaction fees are typically unrecoverable and will not be reimbursed. Colorado sales tax regulations will govern reimbursement of sales tax collected.
